Steve Perry MBE


Steve was a Royal Marines Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of 23 years specialising in Adventure Training Instruction, with considerable experience in the outdoors environment. 

Awarded the MBE for Leadership, motivation and “Single-handedly conceiving, planning and leading the most ambitious and unprecedented military expedition, for the strategic influence to the way injured military personnel are supported through their rehabilitation and for the immense contribution to Adventure Training and in particular injured Royal Marines”.

Rob McIntyre


Former Royal Marines Commando Senior Non Commissioned Officer with  26 Years Service. A  Physical Training and Rehabilitation Instructor who has extensive experience in outdoor adventure including trekking to the Magnetic North Pole in 2006. Rob served for 7 years as a fitness instructor to Special Forces assisting with physical selection and fitness training. He was also responsible for selection process of civilians into the Royal Marines at the Commando Training Centre. An Adaptive Sport and Adventure Training Instructor to Injured Royal Marines. Rob has also planned and delivered team cohesion and leadership training to Elite National Sports Teams including England RFU and GB Rugby League.
